Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 8, 2025

1. Introduction

Diamond Hands Dapp ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you access and use our decentralized application (the "Dapp") on the Solana blockchain.

By connecting your Web3 wallet and interacting with the Diamond Hands Dapp, you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information We Collect

Wallet Connection Only

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, or phone number.

When you connect your Web3 wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare), we only interact with your public wallet address.

We may record your wallet address, transaction history, and interaction patterns strictly within the Dapp environment for gameplay, rewards tracking, and vault management.

Automatic Data Collection

We may collect limited technical information such as:

  • Device type and browser metadata
  • Interaction timestamps
  • Basic usage analytics (e.g., pages visited, features used) — without linking it to personal identity

This is done through standard blockchain exploration tools and privacy-respecting analytics to improve Dapp functionality.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Facilitate gameplay mechanics (e.g., minting, vault management, staking)
  • Track player participation (e.g., entry purchases, NFT minting history)
  • Monitor and improve the performance and security of the Dapp
  • Analyze engagement trends to enhance user experience

We do not send marketing emails or collect communication data.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information may be shared only:

  • As necessary to operate the Dapp (e.g., blockchain-based transactions, smart contract execution)
  • To comply with legal obligations or lawful governmental requests
  • In aggregate form (non-personally identifiable) for reporting or analysis

5. Data Security

You are responsible for the safety of your wallet, keys, and device security when interacting with the platform.

We do not store user credentials, but your public wallet address, participation data, and transactions may be visible or stored as part of regular system logs.

By using the Dapp, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and agree to use it at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding the security of third-party providers, blockchain networks, or wallet applications.

6. Your Choices and Rights

  • You control your wallet: You can disconnect your Web3 wallet at any time
  • Transparency: All blockchain interactions are transparent and verifiable via public explorers
  • No account deletion needed: Since we do not create centralized user accounts, no "deletion" request applies

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law or improvements in our Dapp. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via in-Dapp announcements or other channels.

The latest version will always be available on our website or Dapp interface.
